Hey! I'm Lindsey Hicks. I graduated from Troy Dothan with a Bachelor of Science degree in Early and Elementary Education. I also have a Master's in Instructional Leadership from the University of West Alabama. I have been married to my husband, Jeff, since 2002 and we have two children, Sam and Josie. We attend Bethel Baptist Church. As a family, we enjoy downtime with friends and family. Cape San Blas is one of our favorite places. We love to cheer on the Atlanta Braves and Auburn Tigers. We have a sweet labradoodle, Ozzie. 

I've had the opportunity to work in many capacities with children from Kindergarten through 6th grade over the last seventeen years and each of these experiences has impacted me as an educator. I believe that all children are unique and bring something special to each classroom. It is my desire to develop and nurture meaningful relationships with students and their families that will create a safe and positive learning environment. I believe these partnerships foster trust, commitment, and genuine motivation, which are critical for building life-long learners. I look forward to guiding my next group of learners to thrive in the goals they set to achieve. I am thankful for the opportunity to be a part of the wonderful things that are happening at Rehobeth Elementary School.
