The 5th Grade Honor Choir at RES is a singing performance group that performs various musical programs throughout the school year. A student is eligible to audition for the Honor Choir in the Spring of their 4th grade school year. Members are selected based upon a singing audition and evaluation of their academic standing and conduct. Students who are selected to be members will participate during their 5th grade school year only. A student must have attended RES in 4th grade for the entire school year in order to be eligible for auditions. The Honor Choir does require a participation fee, a designated choir uniform, possible travel expenses, and some outside of school, after school. and weekend rehearsals and performances.
