Pacific Avenue Education Center (PAEC) is a multi-faceted center for education currently housing the following programs:
Pacific Preschool provides a safe and nurturing environment for 3- and 4-year-old students with special needs. The program respects individual needs, interests, and differences while promoting educational and life experiences.
EEELP Preschool programs provide a safe and nurturing environment for students ages 3 and 4. In this full-day Spanish immersion preschool program, students are provided the opportunity to become bilingual, bi-literate, and culturally aware in Spanish through research-based curriculm.
Edison Elementary School-Age Child Care program offers instruction and supervision for students grades K-6 and is open to students attending Edison Elementary School. The focus of the program is to meet the needs of working families by providing child care. The program hours are 6:30 a.m. until school begins and from school dismissal until 6 p.m. The students' daily routines include homework assistance and indoor and outdoor activities such as sports, recreation, computers, arts and crafts, storytelling, music, and theme-based projects that support classroom activities.
FACTS is a special needs program serving young adults from ages 18 to 22 who live in the cities of Glendale and La Cañada. The program focuses on preparing students to transition into living independently after high school.
