Vision
Our vision of Webster School is for all students to become life-long learners as well as respectable, responsible citizens. Our students will realize their full potential as they grow to take their places in society as productive citizens, contributing to their communities and the world at large.
Mission
Our mission, based on our school improvement goals, is as follows: Academic improvement in the subject areas of reading, writing and math will continue to be given top priority. Our staff has personally committed, through the formation of our school improvement communities, to bring steady and lasting improvement to these areas and all learning areas for which we have responsibility. In addition, our hope is for increasing involvement of our parents and other community members in this mission.
Philosophy
The staff at Webster Elementary School is committed to providing a quality learning program for every child. We make every attempt to see to it that our students have maximum success. We seek to individualize our expectations for student progress as we strive to provide appropriate learning experiences for every student. In addition, we encourage students to take responsibility for their learning according to his/her ability.
We want every student to feel that they belong and are an important contributor to establishing a spirit of cooperation and respect in and around our school.
