Traci Hemann and Sarah Sidwell’s third grade classes at Webster Elementary brought history to life on April 24, 2019 when they presented a Living Wax Museum for friends and family to visit.
Students chose a famous person, did research, prepared a report/speech about him/her and created a poster backdrop for their “display.” On the day of the museum, the students dressed-up and became the people they studied. When visitors pressed an imaginary button, the historic figure came to life and recited facts.
