CHS Latin 2019-20: The Year in Summary
Collinsville High School Latin Teacher James Stark provided a re-cap of the program’s accomplishments during the 2019-20 school year.  He reported CHS Latin students once again broke their record for total awards.
2019-20 highlights include:
  • 76 individual state or national awards for students’ academic and creative abilities in the Latin program.  (See below)
  • 11 graduating members of the National Latin Honors Society (with 12 more active members at the lower levels)
  • 2 Latin Students holding state-level officer positions in the Illinois Junior Classical League
  • 1 proud Magister (Mr. Stark!)
