January 18, 2023 – Renfro Elementary 3rd Grade Teacher Zac Corey was recognized today as January 2023 Kahok Educator of the Month. The award was presented by Edward Jones Financial Advisor Jason Rehg and Renfro Principal Laura Bauer.
In her nomination of Zac Corey, Mrs. Bauer wrote:
Zac is a third grade teacher at Renfro. He is patient beyond measure. He provides the students with structure, high expectations and consistency. Zac builds relationships with students and families. He is relentless in his patience with all students. We are lucky to have him as part of our team.
