Madeline Taylor, of Maryville, has received the Regents’ Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2014-2015 academic year. Taylor is the daughter of Jim and Beth Taylor, of Maryville, and will be a 2014 graduate of Collinsville High School.
