Kreitner Elementary School 2nd grade bilingual teacher John Parciak was awarded CUSD 10 Teacher of the Month at the school’s Sunrise Celebration on Friday, December 1, 2017.
Mr. Parciak was surprised with the announcement during the school’s monthly recognition assembly. Jason Rehg of Edward Jones, sponsor of Unit 10 Teacher of the Month, thanked him for everything he does for Kreitner school.
Kreitner Principal Dr. Todd Pettit said, “Mr. Parciak’s talents reach further than his 2nd grade bilingual classroom. He serves on the school’s Leadership Team, is the Box Top Coordinator for the school and currently serves as the PTA Co-President.”

“Mr. Parciak also volunteers on the Richard Lickfield Memorial Fund Board and participates at the school’s annual Fall and Cinco de Mayo Festivals,” said Dr. Pettit. “He began as a student teacher at Kreitner Elementary and immediately became involved in the life of the school. His dedication and passion for improving our school is inspiring.”
