The Eye Thrive program will conduct on-site vision screenings for all Collinsville Community Unit School District #10 K thru 4th grade students between January and May 2020.
If a student fails to meet passing criteria for the screening, they will be invited to the on-site Mobile Vision Clinic for an eye exam and FREE prescription glasses if needed. The screenings are in cooperation with CUSD 10 school nurses.
