April 28, 2023 – Dorris Intermediate School teacher Jenna Klucker was recognized today as April 2023 Kahok Educator of the Month. The award was presented by DIS Principal Stirnaman and Benjamin F. Edwards Representative Jason Rehg.
In his nomination of Jenna Klucker, Mr. Stirnaman wrote:
Ms. Klucker is the very definition of a student centered educator. Her caring demeanor and positive attitude are evident every day when watching her interact with students and parents. She is one of the first people at DIS to step up to help under any circumstance. Whether it’s working with her students on academic or social emotional learning, supporting her colleagues, or being a constant advocate for her kids, Ms. Jenna Klucker shows herself to be a worthy recipient of the Kahok Educator of the Month Award. It’s a privilege to work with her.
