Collinsville High School’s STEM Club is hosting a Solarbration community fair on Saturday, October 21st from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at CHS.
The purpose of the family-friendly event is to raise funds to install alternative energy sources within the school district.
According to CHS STEM teacher Thomas Withee, “The CHS STEM Club will have a booth describing our goals, where we’re at and what we need to make CUSD #10 greener.”
The event is FREE and open to everyone in the community. There will be information on solar energy and fun activities including Trunk or Treat and a Best Costume Contest.
