CHS students enrolled in Cara Kettler’s Spanish III class were thanked for volunteering to serve as translators for Toys for Tots back in December.
Ray Adams, coordinator for the Marine’s Toys for Tots program in Madison and St. Clair Counties, stopped by Ms. Kettler’s classroom to present certificates of appreciation and personally thank those who volunteered their time to help distribute toys and communicate with families and children over a two day period.
Mr. Adams also spoke about growing need for volunteers who speak Spanish.
