The CHS Spanish Club made fleece tie blankets to be donated to patients receiving treatment at Siteman Cancer Center in St. Louis.
“One of our members, Morgane Ash, is doing this as a service project, and we were so happy to help her out,” said CHS Spanish teacher Cara Kettler.
“Señora Barr and I are so proud of our kids – this is one of the many reasons we love teaching at CHS!!! We have so many awesome kids with great big hearts!!”
Morgane is collecting fleece blankets for Siteman as part of her CHS Leadership Class’ Grand Gesture project. She needs 5 ft x 5 ft (60 in x 60 in) fleece tie blankets or donations toward making them.
