Collinsville High School Basketball Coach Lori Billy celebrated her 100th career victory on November 29, 2018 when the Lady Kahoks defeated Okawville in the 2018 Nashville Thanksgiving Tournament. This is the start of Billy’s ninth season coaching Kahok Basketball.
