CHS Spanish teachers Terrie Barr and Cara Kettler, as well as French teacher Kristine Blair, traveled with students to Europe during the summer 2018.
The group visited 5 countries in 11 days: Switzerland, Italy, France, Monaco, and Spain.
“Some of the highlights of the trip were riding the cog rail top of Mount Pilatus, taking a boat ride to see the villas of the rich and famous on Lake Como, the beautiful views of Cinque Terre in Italy, the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the Roman Amphitheater in Nimes, the Roman aqueduct Pont Du Gard, the “Fuente Mágica” (Magic Fountain) and La Sagrada Familia Cathedral in Barcelona, ” said Kettler.
The foreign language department is planning another trip in 2020. More details with be announced soon.
