Collinsville High School will hold Prom 2021 for SENIORS ONLY on Friday, April 30, 2021 at the Gateway Center in Collinsville in two sessions: 6:00-8:00 pm and 9:00-11:00 pm. Prom Tickets
Prom tickets are $20 each. Ticket sales will begin on April 6th before and after school and will continue through April 9th. This year’s prom is exclusive and only CHS Seniors may attend. Tickets will be sold outside the cafeteria. All pods will seat 4 people. Seating will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. You will be able to choose your pod from a seating diagram at the time you purchase your ticket. One person may purchase a complete pod provided he/she has the money to pay for all tickets and has each person’s signed policy guidelines. All prom attendees must sign the Policies and Guidelines Agreement.
Tickets are non-refundable. No re-sale of tickets will be allowed.
You must bring your SIGNED Prom Policies and Guidelines Agreement, your T-Shirt order form and your money when you purchase your ticket. We do encourage you to buy tickets as a pod, if possible!

Prom T-shirts
Commemorative t-shirts will be provided for every attendee. Please turn in your t-shirt size form at the same time you you purchase your prom ticket. T-Shirt Size Request Form
Prom Photos
Prom photographs will be taken by James Gurley at the event. He will be providing a variety of photo packages for individuals, couples, and groups ranging from $15-$80. Picture packet information is included at the end of this packet. You must pay for your pictures with cash, a check, or a debit card that night.
