I am Melissa Philyaw.  I am married and have two boys.  I enjoy spending time with my family, my church group, and my pets.  Some of my hobbies include reading and gardening.  I have been teaching for 25 years and I still LOVE it. I am new to first grade this year and I am excited about the change.  It's going to be an amazing year!
