Mrs. Jamie Clark

Welcome to my fifth grade webpage. 

Welcome!  My name is Jamie Clark.  This is my 21st year teaching. I have spent the last eight years teaching both 4th and 5th grade in Cabarrus County Schools. This will be my 1st year teaching here at Rocky River. I am so excited to be joining the amazing Road Runner Family.  I previously taught 4th and 5th grade at AT Allen for 9 years.  Prior to that, I taught third grade and was a reading coach in Kannapolis City Schools for 11 years.  

I graduated from The University of North Carolina in Greensboro in 2001.  In 2008, I returned to school where I attended the University of North Carolina in Charlotte and earned my Masters in Reading K-12 and Elementary Education.  

I live in Concord with my husband Ryan, my daughters Hannah and Elizabeth, our pet bunny named Oreo and our newest member of the family, Rosie our new dog.  I enjoy walking, reading, playing board games, and, of course – teaching! 

I can't wait for the most amazing year this year.  I hope you're as excited as I am.
