Mr. Mike Timerson

I am proud to be an original Maverick and I am excited about starting my 13th year at Hickory Ridge Middle School. I look forward to working with and sharing my passion for Social Studies with your children. It is my hope that through differentiated virtual learning opportunities along with 21st century skill building, I can enrich every child's level of learning so that he or she may reach their full potential.

Outside of the classroom, you can also find me busy with our athletic program. I am the Head Football Coach, the Head 8th Grade Girls' & Boys' Basketball Coach as well as the Head Baseball Coach here at Hickory Ridge Middle School.
I grew up in Clifton Springs, a small town outside of Rochester, NY. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from SUNY Cortland and my Master's Degree in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment from Walden University.
