Mrs. Melanie S. Rogers Wilson
Mrs. Wilson, a wife of a very busy football coach and mother of one rambunctious little girl, has been an English Instructor for 20 + years. She has taught Reading, High School English, Honors and Gifted English, Exceptional Children/Special Education, and Theatre in several public school systems in the states of Delaware, Ohio, Maryland, North Carolina, Viriginia...and now North Carolina again.
Currently as a wife, dance mom, and church member, Mrs. Wilson considers herself a life long learner. She believes that "progress is the goal and not perfection"--a tenet she reminds herself and her students of as often as possible.
She finds it an honor to work with students and their families--challenging them and positively stretching their personal beliefs about their own abilities.
Mrs. Wilson has enjoyed working with many different students and families from all walks of life, and she looks forward to another exciting year with the current group of young people she is blessed to work with.
