Hello and welcome! I am so excited to teach 4th grade math and science this year. I will be teaching on a team with Mrs. Whitt (ELA/Social Studies). I am originally from Clearwater, FL but grew up in the south Charlotte area. I joined the Patriots family last school year and am excited for another great year. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Music and a minor in Sociology from Appalachian State University (go Mountaineers!). I am certified in both Elementary Education and Teaching English as a Second Language. I look forward to a great school year!

I love to work with children and teach engineering at a local camp during the summer months. During my free time, I love to spend time with my friends and my cat, Kermit, go hiking, and exploring Charlotte and Concord! I love all Tampa and Charlotte sports teams and love to spend time learning new things. I have been a musician for my whole life and play tuba, trombone, euphonium, and ukulele. We are going to have so much fun this school year!
