I am going into my 6th year teaching and I am so thrilled to be apart of the CVA family this year.  Science exploration is something that I am very passionate about, and I feel privileged to have the opportunity to share my passion with each of you. 

I have an amazing husband, Chatham Currie, and we recently had our first daughter, Baylor Maeve.  We also have a black lab named Fletch.  We enjoy hunting, fishing, and pretty much doing anything outdoors together as a family.  I am not originally from Cabarrus County; however, I absolutely love the life that my husband and I have built here.  It is an honor to work and live in this amazing community.
