I am a middle grades teacher through and through. Some think that makes me a bit nuts, but I simply love middle schoolers.  This is my 19th year working in middle grades. I spent seventeen years in the classroom. I have taught 6th, 7th, and 8th graders. I have also taught two subjects: Social Students and ELA.

I spent 17 years in the classroom before transitioning to the role of MTSS Coach in 2022. I LOVED my first year in this role, and look forward to getting to know, support, and build relationships with all of our wonderful Mavericks!
