My name is Lauren Morgan and I am a Public Health Nurse with Cabarrus Health Alliance.  I am the school nurse for Coltrane-Webb STEM Elementary School where the students and staff call me "Nurse Morgan".  

I received my Associate Degree in Nursing at Rowan Cabarrus Community College and I am pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Winston-Salem State University.  I have a background in Labor & Delivery and Pediatric nursing. I love helping individuals and families lead healthy lives. 

I have two daughters, Taylyn and Brexley.  We enjoy crafting, shopping, and spending time outdoors.
