1. Take a walk around your home or yard! Pay attention to what is around you. What do you see? what do you feel? What can you hear? What can you smell? What is the temperature like?
2. Take a sip of water! Pay attention to what the water feels like- is it room temperature? cold? what does it feel like going down your throat!
3. Get up and do some jumping jacks or wall push-ups.. or maybe even both!
4. Try some of these fun yoga poses!
5. Try doing a fun scavenger hunt! How many can you find?
