Mrs. Kassandra Paxton

 

My name is Mrs. Paxton, and I am the MTSS Coordinator for Wolf Meadow this school year. This is my ninth year of teaching and third year within the MTSS role. Previously I served as an EC Resource teacher in the county. I look forward to supporting staff and students here at Wolf Meadow in my role, including targeting academic and behavioral needs. I love being able to problem solving for individual needs and supporting teachers in finding ways to create success for their students.

 

A little about me... I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire where I earned my Bachelor's degree in both Special Education, and Elementary Education. I moved to North Carolina from Wisconsin in 2013, and it is where most of my family still lives.  I graduated in May 2018 from the University of North Carolina - Greensboro with my master's degree in Elementary Math Education.

 

I am a huge football fan, and am excited for another fantastic year from the Green Bay Packers!! :) In my spare time I enjoy attending sporting events, cooking, and hanging out with my pets, Emmy and Lilo, and daughter, Morgan.

 

I am looking forward another productive school year!
