Welcome to my webpage. I am beyond excited to share this academic year with you all. We are going to have a successful year with tons of learning going on in our room.
I am a graduate of Bennett College and UNCC with a graduate certification in Elementary Education.
 I have been married for 28 years to Reggie. We have three boys; Drew, Jonathan, and Sam.
 My hobbies include doing genealogy research, reading, and traveling. I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I like to create an environment in my room that allows for creativity, but most importantly, MAKING MISTAKES! I hope each and every one of my kids feel comfortable and safe enough in our room to take risks and try new things.
I look forward to learning more about my new group of learners this year as we embark on a new journey this year in second grade. Let's get those brains working!
