Tia Gilliam

Miss Gilliam is a native of Charlotte, NC. After graduating from Vance High School, Ms. Gilliam graduated from Fayetteville State University where she obtained her Bachelors of Science in Psychology. In 2016, Miss Gilliam took a leap of faith and entered a career field that changed her life:Teaching. Miss Gilliam attended UNC Charlotte and obtained Graduate certification in teaching: Special education K-12. This will be her 7th year teaching overall.

In her spare time, Ms. Gilliam enjoys spending time with family and friends. In addition, coaching girls varsity basketball for Northwest Cabarrus High School. Some hobbies that Ms. Gilliam enjoys during her spare time are: photography, dancing, cooking, bowling, skating, any fitness activities, and, of course, binge watching TV shows on any platform.
