Bremerton High School Student-Athletes and Parents,

Thank you for your interest in Bremerton Athletics!  We value the important role that athletics play in contributing to a student's education and is an intricate part of our mission to maximize the potential of all our students.  

We welcome all students to participate in our interscholastic sports programs.  

All interested Student-Athletes must complete the online Athletics and Activities registration which includes: an Athletic  Pre-Participation History, Physical Examination Form, Student Accident Insurance or Insurance Program, Sudden Cardiac Arrest and Concussion Information Sheets, Various Student-Athlete and Parent Agreements and an Emergency Authorization.  Please find your sport or activity and complete the registration including the documents that must be uploaded.
