Stefanie Hay

1st Grade Teacher

I have been married to my wonderful husband, Nick, since 2011.  We have two sons, Nicholas and Nathan.  My family takes up most of my free time, but some hobbies I enjoy include cooking, gardening, fishing, and reading.  I have lived on the coast most of my life; I went to Biloxi schools and graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi, in Long Beach, in May of 2018.  My teaching philosophy is centered around a positive student-teacher relationship and having fun while learning. My goals are to provide an environment that assures each and every student that they are safe and loved, and to inspire them to develop a desire to become life-long learners.
