ARISE | As a non-profit, community-based organization we work to ensure that everyone, regardless of disability, has the power to make life choices and achieve their dreams. Arise also provides a free early recognition screening for mental health. Once a screening is completed, ARISE can refer to appropriate agencies to help. |
