Mr. Luke Gasowski email: lgasowski@bville.org (July 2023 - June 2026) In 2016, my wife (a teacher), along with our two children, moved to Baldwinsville. We came to the district because of the exemplary and outstanding education the school district offered, along with its inclusive Special Education Program. I was born and raised in Central New York. In high school I became an Eagle Scout and participated on the varsity swim team while working as a lifeguard, swim instructor, and pre-competitive swim coach. During high school, through college, and after, I also worked as a lighting designer and a technical theater manager for their theater programs. |

Mr. Donald R. Miller email: drmiller@bville.org (May 2023-June 2027) Husband, Dad Teacher (MA Teaching) Principal (MA Enhancement, Education Administration) Minister (MA Theological Studies) Friends, our progress together as a District and as neighbors has been strong and worthwhile this year. Together we implemented academic program and facilities improvements. Together we initiated a long-term strategic plan to deepen and advance learning and teaching. Together we improved student safety and school security. In the six short months since my accession, the School Board has taken positive action to enhance integrity and stability in our operations and decision making. Perhaps most importantly, you directed your Board of Education to identify and retain an administrative leader equipped with experience and wisdom – and I believe we have responded effectively. The Board and Superintendent DeBarbieri established quick cooperation to eliminate obstacles to progress in strengthening core academics and enhancing student achievement. And we’re just getting started. My priorities for the Board have not changed in the past six months, and will not change in the coming six months: The Board must lock in gains and maintain stability to advance academic achievement. I believe we can do this by identifying and eliminating the self-interested distractions that are so common in large organizations, and by committing the Board’s focus to learning’s irreplaceable foundation: academic freedom. Please continue to contact me and the other board members you see listed on this page with your ideas and concerns. Your voice is the most important in the room. |
