Board of Education accepts Jason Thomson's resignation
January 23, 2023The Board of Education has accepted Superintendent Jason Thomson's resignation from the Baldwinsville Central School District, effective close of business on June 30, 2023.
By agreement, Superintendent Thomson will remain on paid administrative leave pending the effective date of his resignation and includes an agreed upon severance package. The Board has further agreed to withdraw the disciplinary charges seeking termination initiated against Superintendent Thomson on November 10, 2022.
The Board believes this agreement is in the best interest of the District and the community to resolve this matter and will allow the district closure and to move forward.
