Are you receiving our messages?

We want to ensure that our families are receiving all correspondence from the district. As a district we utilize the School Messenger Notification System, which allows us to send out emails and phone calls to your contact information on file.

To ensure that you're receiving our communications, add "no-reply@bville.org" to your contact list in your email. This should prevent important emails from going to your spam/junk folder. You may also want to add your child's school number and the district office number to your contacts.

We suggest you regularly check our website for important announcements and check your spam folder if you're missing any emails. If you are still missing communications, please send an email to sbuckshot@bville.org for assistance. 

You must opt-in to receive text messages from the district. It is easy to opt-in. Please just text the word “YES” to 68453 from your cell phone. You should receive an opt-in confirmation message. If your child's school does not have your cell phone number, please call your child's school and provide them with your current cell phone number. This update will be effective within 24 hours, after which you can text the word “YES” to 68453 from your cell phone. Please note that the District does not pay for text message charges that may be incurred by you for sending or receiving messages. Check with your wireless carrier for possible charges.
