Throughout the month of March, the themes of poise and self-control were highlighted by the Sand Creek students and staff. This included the “Fri-yay” activity during lunch periods, which celebrated creativity and featured some Bob Ross inspired fun from some of our amazing staff members.
Students recognized by Sand Creek staff members were invited to our auditorium for a brief presentation and photograph. Congratulations on a job well done by all of our March honorees!
As Sand Creek continues their character education efforts in April, the focus will shift to the trait of humility. Students who display humility through their words and actions throughout the month will be recognized for their efforts in early May.
Sand Creek Middle School is currently planning a very special evening presentation in May that will be a culmination of each of their monthly character celebrations. The evening will be designed to recognize all of the many students who have been honored each month this school year. More details and invitations to that special event will be sent out in the coming weeks.
