The students in Mrs. Rogers’ ELA class at Sand Creek Middle School spent a snowy morning this week browsing and reading new books that were purchased and added to their classroom library. Through the kindness of a generous donor, the students perused several copies of 45 new book titles and wrote down the ones they couldn’t wait to read. Many amazing comments such as ” I LOVE this author!” ” Read this first page!” and ” I love the smell of new books!” could be heard all morning long. It was a great morning.
