Sixth grade students in Mrs. Rogers ELA class at Sand Creek Middle School were recognized and celebrated their reading successes today. Her students were given the 40 Book Challenge in September to try and complete this year. They were required to read a variety of genres and pushed out of their reading comfort zones! Any student that read more than 10 books were recognized for their hard work with a certificate and a prize. Six students were treated by Mrs.Rogers to pizza and wings for completing the challenge. Those students were Logan Dunster, Ellie Mastaitis, Hailey Hummel, Angel Bleichert, Sydney Dence and Max Cahill. Awesome Job!
