Roessleville Elementary School families, students and staff help the Board of Education cut the ribbon on the new school library during a special dedication ceremony Tuesday night (March 6). The library was part of Phases I & II of the Colonie 2020 Capital Improvement Project approved by district voters in the fall of 2014.
