Thanks to all who attended the extremely successful 36th annual Colonie Central High School PTSA Fall Craft Fair on November 23. In addition to the 75-plus vendors of handmade crafts, three community/school groups were featured.
- The CCHS Class of 2021 hosted a bake sale
- South Colonie Dollars for Scholars (which has raised $386,000 in scholarships for our students since 2003) held their awesome basket raffle
- The CCHS Best Buddies chapter sold orphaned CCHS wood shop projects, collected donations, and can/bottle deposits all to raise funds to treat the buddies to a variety of activities and field trips
The Best Buddies Club creates opportunities for one-to-one friendships, and social interaction for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The club provides great opportunities for students to break through social barriers and make new friends.
