On Friday, December 2 Lisha Kill staff members wore ugly sweaters to raise money for ovarian cancer research. Students will now vote for their favorite ugly sweater. From December 8 to 21, each ugly sweater participant will have a ballot box located outside the main office. To vote for their favorite students can donate any spare change into the box of their choice.
- A penny = 1 vote
- A nickel = 5 votes
- A dime = 10 votes
- A quarter = 25 votes
- A dollar = 100 votes
All donations will go to the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance (OCRA). The mission of OCRA is to cure ovarian cancer, advocate for patients and support survivors.
On Wednesday, December 21 the change will be counted to determine the winner. The winner will be announced on Thursday, December 22!
