Mr. Obermayer’s seventh grade social studies students at Lisha Kill Middle School are learning about the U.S. Constitution and Citizenship. As a community service learning project, students made sock penguins to give as Valentine’s Day gifts to the residents of the Bishop Broderick Apartments. Students learned firsthand about the joys of helping others and the importance of citizen participation.
