Forest Park Elementary School held “Be A Super Reader ” Literacy Night at Barnes & Noble Nov. 7. Teachers took turns doing “read-alouds” in the children’s section and families visited the literacy table to get tips on reading at home. They children also made questions cubes and fiction and nonfiction fortune tellers to use at home while reading with their families. There was a super hero photo booth and students entered to win a pizza party with Mrs. Penn.
