The Colonie Central High School Counseling Center welcomed Tim Coleman, a representative for the UA Local Union 699 Sprinkler Fitters (http://www.sprinklerfitters669.org/) on Wednesday. Mr. Coleman visited Wood Technology, DDP and Auto Tech classes to discuss apprenticeship options for high school graduates. Students were able to learn about the profession, watch a video, and hear about employment opportunities, salary and benefits of union employment positions.
