Three of Ms.Festin’s art students at Colonie Central High School represented South Colonie this May at the Troy Congressional Art Show located at the Arts Center. This show is hosted by Congressman Paul Tonko. Kendall Benac 10th grade, Sara Rybitski 10th grade and Loxie Shaw 9th grade all had their artwork hanging in the show representing the district. Sara Rybitski was awarded one of the three Honorable Mentions and will have her work hanging in in Congressman’s Tonko’s office for the next year. Congratulations to all three on their talented efforts.
