Congratulations to Colonie Central High School Senior Gabrielle Coello who was recognized in December as a Good Citizen by the Mohawk Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR). Coello is one of two students honored at the organization’s annual award ceremony at the Pruyn House in Latham.
Each year, the Mohawk Chapter of DAR recognizes one student each from Colonie Central High School and Shaker High School. Outstanding dependability, service, leadership and patriotism are all considered in selecting a school’s Good Citizen.
