Colonie Athletics Department is proud to host the National Girls & Women in Sports Day: Lead Her Forward on Saturday, Feb. 1 at Colonie High School MUG Gymnasium.
This celebration inspires girls and women to play and be active. The athletic department is excited to celebrate the importance of equal opportunity for all girls and women in sports.
Students in grades K-6 are invited to come and learn how to play four different sports: Volleyball, Basketball, Soccer, and Lacrosse.

Students grades K-2
- 8:30 a.m., Registration/Check-in
- 9 to 11 a.m., Participation
Students grades 3-6
- 11:30 a.m. Registration/Check-In
- Noon to 2 p.m. Participation

Registration forms will be shared with students in their PE classes.
Students can pre-register by completing and returning the form to their PE teacher by Thursday, Jan. 30. Registrations will also be taken onsite at the MUG on the day of the event.
