Savannah Hulett, a fifth grader in Mrs. Griffith’s class at Lisha Kill Middle School, met with Albany Mayor Kathy Sheehan where the Mayor Proclaimed November 1 as #ShareTheSparkle Day in Albany. This is a platform Savannah started promoting anti-bullying, kindness, random acts of kindness, and helping others in your community. Savannah is the reigning Junior Miss Spirit of the Empire State.
