Mission and Vision
The Southampton Counseling Department’s mission is to promote each student’s academic, social and emotional development, while assisting the student with career development and post-secondary planning. Our focus is to create a collaborative environment with students, educators and parents by helping students develop the independence and skills necessary to successfully navigate life’s transitions and make healthy decisions.
The philosophy of the Southampton Counseling Department emerges from our belief that every student is valuable and unique. Our work with each student reflects this philosophy and guides us in our role as student advocates. The Southampton High School Counseling Staff
