A great place to start your plans for life after you graduate from Sonoma Valley High School. Some of you will be interested in attending college or a training program, but both options require planning and research. The College and Career Center is your "go to" place!

All students have access to Naviance, a college and career software program. Naviance offers a variety of tools to help students create their own unique path. Students may take various assessments to identify strengths and interests, possible career options, college research, college majors and a wide array of other helpful tools.
